Project Description: The objective of this project was to design a “how to” instructional website, providing the audience with an understanding of how to do or make something. I did my website on how to make espresso. Since my audience was aimed at younger, college aged young adults, I wanted my design to be youthful but also mature. I paired illustrations with photographs to blend these ideas. I also drew illustrations on top of the photos to make it more cohesive with the illustrations. I also chose a minimal color palette and an accent color to fit the youthful look I was going for.
